In September 2022, the Oxygen8 team finally reunited in person for our Annual Conference after a two-year pause due to Covid restrictions. Held at the Millennium Hotel by the lake in Taupō, the event brought together 22 consultants from across New Zealand – from Timaru to Russell – for two days of reconnection, learning, laughter, and celebration.
More than just a conference, this event reminded us of the power of collaboration and community. With beautiful views, inspiring workshops, and memorable moments, the weekend gave us space to reflect on the progress we’ve made – and the mission we continue to serve.
