Steven has worked in enterprises of all sizes, in a variety of industries in several countries. He has been part of significant business successes and has lived through catastrophic industry disruption. Everything he has witnessed has led him to believe that the path to sustained financial growth is through developing people.

An experienced, hands-on general manager with a passion for sales and marketing, he has held several roles in small and multi-national companies from sales rep to CEO and Board chair. He understands the challenges faced by small businesses and has experienced the energy that motivated individuals can contribute to companies. He has implemented process and technology innovations in a range of businesses and understands how the use of carefully selected technology can assist in the transformation of companies. He holds an MBA from a UK university and a DBA from Otago.

Steven only works in situations where he can change people’s lives. Small business owners are usually closely tied to the fortunes of their businesses. Steven lives in Auckland and is married with two adult children.
