Oxygen8 was established in 2016 by a group of highly successful and experienced consultants. Since then, it has grown to be one of New Zealand’s most respected owner-led business specialist consultancies.
With experienced consultants spread across New Zealand, we are uniquely positioned to deliver an individual service to owner-led businesses with a turnover of between $1 million and $10 million.
Our consultation and training meetings take place either face-to-face or via video link, or both – depending on the client.
We work across any industry with a globally recognised system that is adaptable to the specific needs of the client while maintaining the best processes and systems of the Business Success Programme. We have an enviable record of transforming our clients’ businesses.
Our consultants undergo a very careful selection process. We choose people who have a thorough understanding of great businesses and appropriate experience with small businesses. In many cases, this experience is backed up by academic qualifications.
Once selected, our consultants go through a rigorous and intensive training course and are mentored for the next 12 months to ensure that we give our consultants and our clients the very best quality of support and advice. Our on-going quality assurance process carries this forward.
Oxygen8 is a registered service provider with the Regional Business Partner (RBP) Network managed by the Ministry of Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and a number of our training programmes are recognised in the RBP system.
