James Kirner is a leading expert in business sales with a proven record specialising in communication & the analysis of reality. His ability to identify critical factors amongst the chaos and creating positive outcomes for all is his talent.

After earning his spurs on the workshop floor as a Master Tradesman, James has over 30 years’ experience assisting business NZ wide to uncover solutions. His industry experience ranges from harvesting, processing and manufacturing through to sales generation. James successful management of sales, service, marketing and production teams has inevitably led to him holding senior corporate manager positions with three multi-national companies.

James is now giving back to the SME’s he has spent his life working with. He has a huge passion to assist others whether they be an entrepreneur dipping their toes in business for the first time or an existing company who may be challenged in their business by todays changing circumstances.

James is a director of two businesses. One global, working on personal development & wealth creation for individual’s, and the other works locally with business owners and their business. Both are focused on changing the current situation and getting you back to delivering on the personal dreams and vision you once had.

James lives in North Canterbury with his wife Bex. Whenever he can, you will find him out on the water fishing, diving or just pulling into a cove for a spot of lunch and a swim. He is a natural explorer who loves new adventures of any kind. Has three grown children,  5 grandchildren and is determined to remain young at heart.
