Peter is an MBA qualified senior manager, with a depth of skills and experience in retail, hospitality, and leisure sectors. He has extensive experience in implementing technology and process improvements to improve operations efficiency and enhance service delivery to achieve financial targets in growing businesses.

Peter has more than 25 years’ Senior Management experience working with global brands, franchised chains and well known NZ SME businesses. He has delivered results for multi-site B2B and B2C businesses. Recently involved in strategic change management projects implementing technology and working with owners to enable business development.

A generalist by nature, Peter enjoys bringing people together in a structured environment, believing that everyone has something to contribute. Peter says “Results are achieved through good people doing the right thing, but no one person can do everything. Often it takes someone else to bring people together in a cohesive way”.

Peter has specific experience in global hospitality and coffee brands where committed teams of people and well developed systems deliver products and services that bring brands to life.
