The question most SME’s ask our business advisors is ‘how much is this gonna cost me’. The cliche answer is always the same ‘we don’t intend to be a cost to your business’.
The thing with most cliches is that they are in fact true.
The question you should really ask yourself as a SME owner is ‘’what if I don’t employ the services of a business advisor?’’
The answer to this is more complicated as it depends upon where it is you want to be both personally or business wise in the next 1-5 years. As we all know the decisions we made 5 years ago have got us to where we are today, right here, right now and if we don’t like it or want a different outcome then we need to make different decisions now to be somewhere different in the next 5 years.
So if you have something you promised your better half or promised yourself, your children or a charity that you would gain or obtain from being an SME and haven’t ticked it off the list yet I suggest you make a simple decision and make use of a specialist who will draw you a roadmap to help get you there.
Imagine a future 3-5 years from now May 2022 and you have just (fill in your goal/aim/trip/thing) made it a reality.
