Susan brings real world operational experience having established successful businesses throughout her working career in New Zealand and abroad. Roles included consulting, operational management, marketing, training and public speaking across corporate and SME environments. Now based in Whangarei, Northland, her experience is helping business owners build far more successful businesses over time.

Susan understands the desire to be extraordinary and the kind of commitment that takes. She’s honed her consulting expertise at Oxygen8 and in her view, “we’re not just business people, we’re in the people business”.

My role is to hold the business owner to account – but that accountability is all about their hopes, aspirations and dreams. It’s so important to hold that in mind, because it’s what gets you through the difficult times, it’s what will drive innovation, it’s where you ultimately build the real value in your business”.
