Born and raised in Gisborne, Shaun maintains a relaxed and balanced approach to work and life. He has over 20 years of leadership and management experience. At the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, he was working as a Chief Trading Officer within the NZ Energy industry and was jointly responsible for 75% of the organization’s profitability. Shaun thrived in the high stress and volatility of the markets, exceeding financial expectations through contract negotiation, team empowerment and taking calculated risks. In the small business environment, Shaun is able to focus and leverage his core skills and experience:
