Sanj’s passion for business began early. As a teenager, he worked during school holidays and launched a small store while at university, successfully operating it for two years before selling for a profit. That early experience shaped his entrepreneurial mindset and practical approach to business.
From managing operations in a hyperinflationary economy to restarting his career after emigrating, Sanj worked his way to leading the national operations of a $100M+ company, managing over 250 staff.
