Phil’s career started in the military, where he became a logistics and supply chain management specialist being deployed into various corners of the globe, sometimes in incredibly challenging situations which required high levels of discipline. Since leaving the forces and occupying senior management roles, he has applied the same disciplined approach when leading significant change projects in a range of industries across the UK and New Zealand.

Phil is also a cutting-edge business lecturer and continues to keep up to date with the changing landscape of New Zealand business. He maintains “effective learning is a journey that identifies where we are now, where we are going, and how we are going to get there”. A business that develops a learning culture can improve employee job satisfaction, lower staff turnover rates, increase productivity, profits, and efficiency.
