Peter brings over 15 years of experience as a General Manager, having led teams and driven growth in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and fast-moving consumer goods across both private and corporate sectors-domestically and internationally.
Peter understands the internal and external pressures that come with running a business. He applies a practical, outcome-focused approach to business consulting and supports SMEs with executive-level expertise-without the full-time GM overhead.

Peter began his career in the New Zealand steel industry and later moved into general management across multiple sectors. His combination of technical, commercial, and leadership experience gives him a broad, balanced perspective on business development and operational performance.
Peter lives in Auckland with his wife, Hulda, and their three young children. When not consulting, he enjoys writing short stories, screenplays, and novels-finding creativity and clarity through storytelling.
