Paul began his career in product design and manufacturing within the fast-paced UK fashion footwear industry. After relocating to New Zealand, he held senior B2B product, marketing and general management roles within Australasia’s largest industrial and safety supplies network.
His deep exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, sales and marketing, corporate business, leadership coaching, and financial disciplines-supported by external MBA study-prepared him for high-level business turnaround responsibilities.
Over an 11-year period, Paul led three successful post-acquisition business integrations and turnaround projects within large, complex organisations operating at national and international scale.
