Her skills, gained over 30 years in NZ business, lie in her ability to quickly identify problems and resolve issues, provide tools and governance frameworks, ensure good organisational design, develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement and influence culture, then to guide and coach business managers and leaders.

Christina’s approach is pragmatic, with a commercial focus. Partnering with business owners and leaders to find quick adaptable solutions, her wide expertise with teams and individuals will deliver high quality, consistent outcomes that reflect business objectives.
