Brian has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, across a wide range of industries-from liquor and gas to packaging, payroll, vehicle inspection, and more. He understands the internal workings of many of New Zealand’s most successful businesses and now applies that knowledge to help local SMEs grow.
With a strong background in business consulting, he has successfully led finance, HR, risk management, and health and safety teams-and now supports SME owners with the same practical, results-focused leadership.
Having grown up in a family of small business owners, Brian understands first-hand the pressure, responsibility, and potential of running a business. He’s seen the impact of both success and failure and is committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of business owners.
