Adrian is a leading expert in implementing change, with significant experience in business performance turnarounds. Adrian aspires to lead organisations through purpose-driven strategy and communication, building a culture of capability, personal responsibility, and mutual trust.
He has four decades of commercial experience, with expertise in management accounting, process manufacturing and supply chain. His hallmarks are people leadership across all functions, business acquisitions and integrations, and delivering revenue growth in both NZ and export markets.
With a working career that extends across directorships, CFO, CEO and GM roles of all sizes of business, including a startup, Adrian is uniquely placed to rapidly understand a business’ challenges and opportunities. With his collaborative empathetic style, he works alongside owners to implement sales growth strategies, process and profit improvements.
Adrian, has settled in Omokoroa in Western BOP and enjoys travel, walking and cycling with his partner and dog, or spending time with their children and grand kids who are spread across ANZ. His other passion is wood sculpture, you should ask him about it.
