Bruce’s experience spans running large engineering projects as well as a successful small business owner who cracked the highly demanding, export Orchid market. Bruce says, “when I look back, we had the systems, we took measurements, we implemented changes in response to market needs. Our orchids were known for their consistency which was really hard to achieve… but that meant our clients knew what to expect and had confidence about where they could reliably on-sell them”.
