He’s experienced both major business successes and disruptive market downturns, and has emerged with a firm belief that people development is the path to sustainable growth.
Holding an MBA from a UK university and a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Otago, he brings both academic rigour and practical experience to every engagement.
Steven is an experienced general manager with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for sales and marketing. He has served in roles ranging from sales representative to CEO and Board Chair.
He has implemented technology and process innovations in a variety of industries and understands how the right tools, paired with the right people, can transform businesses from the inside out.
