TANIA is a Global Supply Chain Management extraordinaire who gained her experience working for various multi-national and global corporate organisations.  She is passionate about driving value and improvement through creating a positive change environment, developing the best in people processes and systems, and ultimately delivering outstanding results for companies she works with.

Tania’s 20 plus years’ experience in the corporate environment commenced in International Freight Forwarding at ground floor and then Managerial positions.  She then transitioned into the Global Supply Chain industry, developing 4PL Global Supply Chain Solutions for clients in New Zealand, Australia & the USA.  These roles required close project management of the Strategic and Operational Plans as well as Client and fiscal responsibility for the projects.  Returning to New Zealand in 2005 she continued her very successful career working for International organisations in functional and management positions.

A fundamental belief of Tania’s is that through clear and constant communication, as well as dedicated team work to achieving documented goals, many great things are possible.  Her approach is to identify strategic goals and to work with stakeholders to break them into digestible tasks and set clear expectations for all.  She believes that once people understand what they are trying to achieve, backed up with relevant training and support, they will usually exceed expectations which returns tangible benefits to all concerned.

Tania resides on the shores of the Firth of Thames with her husband Dennis, where they operate two Dairy farm operations and several run-off blocks.  For relaxation and enjoyment Tania participates in several sport and recreational activities such as Netball, Running, Boxfit, Community Tennis, DIY, Reading & Cooking.  Tania is a member of the Rural Women’s Association, as well as contributes to Team Management and umpiring duties for Netball in the winter months.
